Wonderful. Great to be able to read the comments again. I don't really have much to offer. All I can say is what gives me optimism is that I really think these web based forums are having influence. For example somehow the idea of a saving glut in the Chinese population, an offensive and antagonist idea proposed by Ben Bernanki, morphed into a realistic discussion about how savings among Chinese are a response to their culture and circumstances and spending in the US is a response brought about by their culture and circumstances and that it is more or less something that has to be addressed somehow and allocating blame is pointless and unproductive. I've probably gone far to far with that but maybe someone important will read it and say hey! Thats right!

Hopefully, China is preparing to look inward for demand. They have quite a lot of people that will need things over the next 10-20 years...

Just to let you know, this page is not viewable in IE8, no matter what I try. I switched over to Firefox to view it.

All that is visible in IE8 where your article should be:

<!--[endif]-->

This has been the case on the previous 3 comments. The new article does not have this problem.
